Looking Back on 2024

Hello Dear Readers! We've come to the end of another year.  2024 was a heck of a ride, wasn't it? For our final blog of the year, we're going to take a quick look back and do a brief "year in review".   "The past is a place of reference, not a place of residence; the past is a place of learning, not a place of living." Why yes, celebrated author Roy T. Bennett, that's exactly right! Let's not dwell on it, let's just revisit briefly.  The year started with us working as hard as we possibly could on finishing and publishing our latest novel. We had a tough time getting the cover art worked out which set us back a bit, but luckily by mid March we published "An Educated Death". This is our first murder mystery novel featuring Justin Pierce, but hopefully not our last. We love the idea of a series featuring the reluctant private eye and his trusty sidekick Demetrio. Welcome to December. The end of the year, already? Time flies and all that... Happy Toyotathon to all who celebrate!
