Memorial Day Musings...
Hello Readers!
We trust your Memorial Day Weekend is relaxing and sunny...unless you're traveling, in which case you may be moving slowly and stressfully. With lower rates on airfare, hotels, and rental cars, experts are predicting air and land traffic will be at its highest level in 20 years! As they say in the upper midwest, "OOFTA"!
We're staying right at home in SoCal this holiday, avoiding the crowds and the lines. Of course, we'll also be raising a glass to honor the sacrifices our military servicemen and women have made to protect our country.

On our front, we've noticed a positive trend, and a big thank you is in order. We're not sure if it's because of the LA Times Festival of Books and all the new people we met, or the release of our new novel 'An Educated Death', but we've seen an increase in blog traffic, book sales, and visits to our website, www.2authors.com. It means a lot to us!
So thank you all for connecting, participating, and supporting our work. We've been doing this little blog for years now, and when a famous author retweets us, or a blog we did last year suddenly gets a bunch more views, it puts a little pep in our step.
Along with Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, this is our main way to stay connected to the public, have an online presence, and keep writing in the downtime. Sometimes it feels like speaking into a void. A lot of times actually. So it's lovely when you feel like people may care.
If you're reading this, that means you! Thanks for caring!
This week we're also going to share one of the promotional videos David has been doing for our new murder mystery novel. Because David had a long successful career on camera and in voiceover, he lent his pipes to the promo, and we were happy with how they all turned out.
We hope you think so too!
Doesn't that make you just want to run out and buy this novel? *cough *cough amazon link to book.
Thanks again, dear readers, we'll see you next week!
Until next time,
~2authors
